  • Signature Requirement: For orders exceeding ₹50,000, a signature upon delivery is required to ensure secure receipt. If you prefer to waive this requirement, please contact us at connect@arteriorglobal.com.

  • Shipping Charges: Applicable shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
     

International Shipping

  • Global Shipping: We ship to select international destinations using reliable courier partners.
     

  • Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 10–20 business days.
     

  • Customs Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country's regulations.
     

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees for international orders will be calculated at checkout.
     

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Order Confirmation: Orders are processed after payment confirmation and sample approval (for custom orders).
     

  • Dispatch Notification: Customers will receive a dispatch confirmation email along with tracking information once the order has been shipped.
     

  • Delays: Arterior is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or customs clearance.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the handcrafted and customized nature of Arterior products, returns and refunds are handled carefully to ensure fairness for both parties.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
     

  • Return Period: Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
     

  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized, personalized, or opened products cannot be returned.
     

Return Process

  • Initiating a Return: To request a return, please contact us at connect@arteriorglobal.com with your order details and photographs of the item in question.
     

  • Return Authorization: Upon approval, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
     

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
     

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
     

  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
     

  • International Orders: Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.
     

Replacement Policy

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on stock availability and customer preference.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale Items: Sale items, discontinued products, gift cards, and third-party items not produced by Arterior are final sale and cannot be returned.
     

No Proof of Purchase: Items without proof of purchase are non-refundable.
